i'm going to use the word rustic...

tonight big dog and I had a craving for apple pie..

we looked around the kitchen and found some apples,

pastry, butter, some sugar and a bit of egg yolk.

and yes we concocted pie on our own.

doesn't look much but tasted pretty good!
